ABW Life Model and ABW Organisational Model
All Being Well uses our ABW LIFE MODEL to help individuals balance the five key elements of ‘being human’ - ‘who I am’ (identity), mind, body, heart and spirit - as well as all the external circumstances of your life.
We use the ABW ORGANISATIONAL MODEL to help align the five core elements of a business - identity, values, people, process and structure. This approach facilitates motivation, effectiveness and performance.
Individual Well-being
The first step towards overcoming challenges, realising your potential and achieving your dreams is getting to know and understand yourself more fully.
All Being Well individual programmes typically include diagnostic questionnaires, coaching, individual reflection and independent working and can be delivered through face-to-face meetings, by telephone and on a self-completion basis.
All Being Well coaching is a partnership between you and your coach. The aim of the partnership is to clarify purpose and expand what is possible for you. You will be inspired to see things in new ways and to carry out action steps that enable you to break through barriers and achieve tangible results.
Our ABW Life Programme for individuals can be undertaken on-line or facilitated by an All Being Well Consultant/Coach.
